As ½ final participants you may already start gathering the necessary personal data of the team-players for invitations:
There is no need to send the data yet, only the winners will have to do that, but if you win, you will have to provide the following information:
1. Surname (as it is spelt in your passport)
2. Name (names) (as spelt in the passport)
3. The date of birth (day, month, year)
4. The address of registration
5. Nationality (citizenship)
6. Passport number
7. The date of issue (day, month, year)
8. The expiry date (day, month, year) – the passport must be valid for not less than 180 days before it expires when entering Russia
9. The place of work or studies and status (name, address, telephone, e-mail)
10. Where you are going to apply for the Russian visa (city and country)
11. ATTENTION!!! Xerox/scan copies of passports (pages with personal data)
Put the data indo xls document.
In xls documents the copies are not essential.
